What you should create a custom board with Kanbantool
The only belongings you will need for this are an online browser and a legitimate Kanbantool account. I recommend you start with the free tier so you can kick the tires to find out if this service is an effective match.
If you're excited about the possibility of different pricing, Kanbantool features three tiers:
- Free: 2 boards for two customers
- Team: $5 per consumer for thirty days for unlimited cards and unlimited file attachments
- Enterprise: US$9 per customer every thirty days for unlimited boards, unlimited file attachments, time tracking and reporting, customer group administration and automation course
However, the free tier should be sufficient for this tutorial. And that. Let's create this first board.
Methods for creating your first custom board
Log in to your Kanbantool account and you will see two cards: Start with a welcome board and create a custom board ( Determine A ).

Click Create Custom Board.
The first step is to give your board a reputation and click Next ( Determine B ).

In the next window, you outline the workflow for the board ( Determine C ). Basically, this is creating the different columns you will use.

By default you will see 4 columns. You can possibly rename them however you want. After naming the fourth column, you will see a fifth one appear. You can add as many columns as you want before clicking Next.
The next window allows you to customize the shapes of the work objects that can appear on your board ( Determine D ).

These things can be purchase orders, stories, requests, maintenance, or anything you want to add to the deck of cards on your board. Fill it in and click Next.
You can choose a background for your board and create some preliminary tasks before clicking Create Board ( Determine AND ).

You can create some preliminary tasks or simply click Create Board and you will be transported to your new custom Kanban board ( Determine F ).

Congratulations, you are now ready to start managing your tasks with the benefit of kanban and the simplicity and class of Kanbantool.
